The base price of Ember is expected to be around $1500 USD. Customizations, such as custom case designs or Discord bot support, will be extra. We believe AI should be affordable for everyone, and we'll work hard to keep costs down.
Everything happens right in your home! Ember lives in your home, and nothing leaves Ember without your permission. Ember is not connected to the cloud at all, and absolutely zero usage data of analytics are collected by Ember. Every possible step has been taken to ensure your privacy.
Absolutely! Ember is designed to be your reliable companion whether you're online or offline. Even if your internet is down, you can still access ember from a local computer so long as your wifi router still has power! Note that accessing Ember AI through a mobile app requires Ember to be connected to the Internet.
Yes! Ember supports voice and text communications, and you can fully customize the voice.
Not at all! We've made Ember easy to use. Plug Ember in, connect to your home network, and follow the friendly guided setup. No technical expertise needed.
Updates are delivered securely and you're always in control. You can review what each update includes before deciding to install it.
When not in use, Ember enters a low power state and consumes less energy than a dim lightbulb. Power usage is higher while actively chatting, about the same as two or three old fashion lightbulbs!
